"It was excellent, as most hotels are, and environment was very good..."

"We had booked two nights at Trim Castle Hotel. There was an incident on the first evening which was very upsetting. We met with the manager Lucas the following morning who was extremely concerned and apologetic. In a matter of minutes he made us feel comfortable and handled the situation well. Andrew, Heather and Eve took care of us wonderfully in the restaurant. The staff serving in the breakfast room were also great. The view of the castle from the hotel in the evening with the lights...

"The facilities, food and staff were wonderful. The only down points were our room was cold and the radiator and heating didn’t seem to work when we adjusted the thermostat. Also our details were leaked in a security breach and no apology was offered. I do believe they will have improved their security in response to this so it’s more just an annoyance for those effected than something that new customers need to be concerned about."
