"We had booked two nights at Trim Castle Hotel. There was an incident on the first evening which was very upsetting. We met with the manager Lucas the following morning who was extremely concerned and apologetic. In a matter of minutes he made us feel comfortable and handled the situation well. Andrew, Heather and Eve took care of us wonderfully in the restaurant. The staff serving in the breakfast room were also great.
