"Everything you need is in the unit. Easy walk downhill to the Cruz Bay area. Off street parking is nice to keep rental car safe. Forego the high end resort fees for amenities you would not use and put that money towards a rental car so you can explore all the great places or hire a boat to take you to those places you can’t access via car."

"Location was near perfect, as it’s right on the point (waterfront), with great views, a nice pool area, direct access to the ocean and snorkeling, and only a five minute walk to all the restaurants. Units are spacious and well designed. The best place we saw to stay n STJ. "

Wonderful Place to Stay at St John!

"Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations! James was very communicative leading up to our stay, and met us at our car rental location to lead us to the property. Since this was our first time at St. John, this was very helpful. He gave us a tour of the property, sharing tips to improve our stay, and even prepared a snack platter of some goodies from a local market. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fully stocked with anything we could need (extra blankets, fans, AC, basic toiletries). The outdoor showers were really nice with a great view while still providing necessary privacy. The property had items for us to take to the beach (beach towels, chairs, paddle board, ice chest). This saved us from having to pay to rent this gear directly at the beaches. There was also sunscreen and bug repellent, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies so we could prepare meals in the kitchen. The open living was very comfortable, allowing us to still feel immersed in the outdoor environment at the same time. It was lovely ending the day by enjoying the private pool and sunset at the same time. If you wake up early enough, you can watch the sunrise on the other side of the property too. We were close enough for a short drive to the downtown area. The check-out procedure was quick and simple. We will be booking this property again when we return to St. John!"

"Even though above the restaurant and bars when the slider door is closed, you can’t hear any music very quiet. The hotel room was very nice but lack of storage cabinets. They were great every morning, refreshing towels, and refilling the coffee You’ll need to live out of your suitcase or ask for four times the amount of hangers and hang everything. Re-rented a car from Slim man and paid for a parking space right behind the building very convenient and would highly recommend. It’s ballet so it’s pretty easy to retrieve your vehicle."
