"Lovely hotel with a nice setting However let down by no air con in the room in the winter made the room too warm. Reception advised this was hotel policy. Made sleeping at night hard. Restaurants do not show menu prices outside each venue Breakfast buffet large, but cooked hot food was only like warm. Only the omelette was hot. Their own app did not work, you could not select the hotel. Was reported but nothing happened "

"We stayed at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris for my wedding with a number of our party also staying there. Some of the guests had refurbished rooms on floors 5 & 6 with proper air conditioning which were much nicer (the room I booked for my parents through Expedia). But other rooms did not have sufficient air conditioning and the rooms were too hot because the curtains were not lined and didn't reflect the heat; this Included our Honeymoon Suite which cost a lot of money - you could feel the...

"Nice hotel in a central location near to the beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Yusuf at reception. I arrived before the official check in time and my room was not prepared but he immediately found me another room which was ready. Top service. "
