"The room is very clean but a bit old need some new paint or minor upgrading. Inconvenient cos no link path or link bridge from the custom need to cross the road dangerously feel very unsafe only good for those who are driving."

The only complaint is that I asked for cutlery to be brought up to my room, waited 20 minutes, rang them again and waited another 20 mins. Nothing arrived, I finally rang them back and told them not to bother but to note it down. There wasn't any recovery done. "Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍"

"I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. "
