"Awesome room "

"I did not like the fact that hard rock tries to sell you time shares during your stay. I also did not like that the two pools closet to our building were for timeshare owners or "legend" people. Despite paying top dollar i felt like a second class guest. There were not enough towels sometimes. And it would have been nice to know that parts of the resort including the main pool was under renovation during out stay"

"Great service and very good buffet all day long. Only issue was a Power failure that left rooms without light early in the morning. Took many hours to fix. Internet is very slow."
