"The Grand is an iconic hotel with lots of character, but is now looking a little tired in places…chipped paint, thick layers of paint, dented wood / door frames, worn carpets (in high traffic areas), dated bathrooms..etc, hence there is a multi million pound refurbishment plan in place…to bring it back into the spotlight as the top hotel in Brighton.
