"Great location, great hotel, great breakfast"

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service. We found it very easy to walk throughout the city to the attractions so the location was great as well. I would happily stay again. "

"The hotel is in a great location, central to everything, but quiet nonetheless. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We were happy to find the slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste provided. The service was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"
