"This hotel is incredible. It was rustic (all outdoors, glamping tents) but had all of the necessary things to make it comfortable and easy - furnished tents with super comfy beds and electricity, WiFi, full stocked kitchen (great free breakfast too), clean and normal bathrooms, and even a pool area with daybeds. It was a 20 min walk outside of town, but it was worth it, and made it much quieter which was nice. Highly highly recommend staying here if this is your type of thing! Also the staff is...

"We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast was fresh and abundant, and it was great to unwind at the restaurant at night after a long day exploring this incredible part of the world. This was a late-autumn visit, so we did not swim -- but it was lovely...
