"The hotel was lovely, staff very welcoming, booked a superior room which was small but nice and had everything we needed. A nice refreshing drink on arrival was a nice surprise and the breakfast although not included in the room rate was very good value and delicious."

"Hotel was very unique and clean. All staff were friendly and the room was bigger than expected. During our stay the bar wasn’t open which was a shame we wanted to try all the hotel had to offer. The key card holder as soon as you walk in the room was also broken and was on the floor when we opened the door to the room. Apart from that hotel was lovely and location was spot on "

"The hotel is in a great location, ideal for travrlling into central London. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay. We got upgraded to a bigger room as there was no single beds available on our arrival, which was nice and spacious. There are some elements of the hotel that are in need of modernising or replacing but was pleasantly surprised after reading the poor reviews.
