"We stayed in The Studio. This is across the street from the main hotel (Be careful crossing the road as it is typically busy). The Studio has a small lounge with TV, a small adjoining kitchenette and a metal spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom with TV and an adjoining bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast in the main dining area which was consistently good. As we were staying for 5 nights we were able to make use of the kitchenette, but we primarily dined in York in the...

"Lovely hotel with lots of parking. I had a great spa treatment. The staff were helpful and approachable. The room was a good size with plenty of towels and toiletries. The room it was a little too warm for me during the night though. The only downside was a few noisy people at breakfast who need to learn to moderate their voices and the smallest serving of scrambled eggs with salmon I have ever had in a hotel or restaurant! "
