"I booked this room for my client. He said he really enjoyed his stay at Bon Hotel Platinum. The staff was welcoming and the food was delicious. He like that the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in nice condition. He loved the bathroom with a stand in glass enclosed shower with hot water. He said he had no issues with electricity with 24/7 power. Highly recommended especially for anyone coming from abroad that needs a comfortable stay"

"Whatever was the image on Expedia was not what I met on ground. The staff were warm and friendly. However, the initial room I was checked into was very unkept. The lighting was poor and the room was very bland. I have to be relocated into another room where the toilet flooded while I had my bath. The sliding glass door almost fell and injured my wife. The service was good but the hotel was not in good condition. "
