The restaurant and bar staff is just so competent, polite, and friendly! I have not seen a group of about 30-40 restaurant staff (servers, chefs, and cleaning folks) working so coherently, pleasantly, and with a broad simile at their faces, to give their guests a service that is so impeccable. They absolutely love their guests and make them feel so welcome! What an amazing staff! The dining area is so spacious, clean, and inviting. The property itself is very clean, bathrooms are superb, beds so cozy, clean and comfortable! We, a family of 4, came from New York and loved our stay. Thank you so much, Trident, Agra! "

"The rooftop for sunrise and sunset views were incredible. Guide for the Taj Mahal picked us up from the hotel door. Good selection of foods for dinner (I recommend the mutton) and freshly made omelettes to order in the morning."
