"Friendly staff, check in process was quick and easy. The room was not smelly like some rooms at pet-friendly hotels. The white bed linens and towels passed my ultraviolet light test. There were no stains and in good condition. The furniture surfaces and appliances also passed the ultraviolet test. The toilet in the bathroom, however did show signs that it WAS cleaned with a detergent, but not completely wiped away. I did not find this a big deal since the floor, sink and tub were spotless. "This was a beautiful suite in a private setting. The location was perfect for accessing wineries and Floyd for some great artisan shops. The host is proactive in communication. We had zero issues during our stay. We would definitely stay again! "
