"Our telephone didn’t work but we were only there for 1 night so it was ok, we wanted to order room service as we arrived later after our flight but had to go downstairs. Luckily they still served us in the restaurant even though it was after closing time. Everyone was super professional & friendly too! We extended our check out till 2pm & that was easy to do. Transfers were good but disappointed they’d been changed to hourly but we had docs/info saying it was half hourly, so that was confusing as we didn’t have a way to contact the hotel to confirm. Had a great comfortable stay. Breakfast was amaaaaaaazing!"

"A great place to stay for Jo’Burg! The place is clean, safe, perfectly located at the mall, next to Gautrain, and on a major street. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Will definitely stay there on all my Jo’Burg trips!! "

"Our stay was cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately the tv did not work but was not a deal breaker. Unfortunately it was raining and didnt get to use the pool, although I have used it before. The buffet breakfast is also very good value. "

"Safe for tourists as it's connected by direct walkway to ORT. Do not leave the airport to walk outside to the hotel. Use the interior walkway. Great hotel for transit to rental car (also located along the same walkway). Good buffet dinner and friendly staff. Good service. "
