"My husband and I needed a nice getaway . We have been to Pawleys Island several times and always enjoy our visit. Our unit was exactly as listed and the owner was so easy to reach and responded quickly. The unit looks out over the pool, dunes and the ocean. I am going to miss sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee every morning and listening to the waves crashing on the beach. A very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this unit for your next respite in Pawleys! "

"This a nice condo at a great price, and it met all our needs. It was very clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and it comfortably slept 8 people (all adults). However, just a heads up -- this house is minimally supplied. You will need to supply your own dishsoap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. You will also need to bring your own beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Very minimal, basic supplies are provided. At the price we rented the unit for, this was not a problem for us at all, and we ate out for all meals, so we were able to make do with what was provided. We really enjoyed the beach access and pools. And the condo is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby."
