"Very good airport hotel. Shuttle bus is convenient to commute from Frankfurt airport arrival to hotel back and fro. Porter service is friendly and helpful. Grateful to their kind assistance as I have a lot of luggages. Complimentary 2 bottles of high quality mineral water is much appreciated. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Like the young lady who helped to tag my luggage for stowage. Food at the lobby bar is worth a mention. Tried the carrot and ginger soup which is surprisingly very...

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"It was home away from home with the added bonus of excellent cleaning service. The kitchenette and large refrigerator was nice to have especially when you have a picky eater for a child. Dishes were also very clean. The washer/dryer in the suite was an added convenience to have. Hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a great Italian mom and pop restaurant next door. Location was great! Easy walk to the hbf."

"Quick, courteous check in A minor issue with our room was dealt with instantly and satisfactorily. Great room - comfortable and large - with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class. Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it."
