"The Maritim was a very good hotel with great service. It is conveniently located to the München HBF. That being said, it is not in a good part of Munich. As a woman, I did not feel fantastically safe walking to and from the hotel after dark. There was a group of men loitering around the entrance to the hotel drinking and smoking into the early hours. It’s not a far walk to the areas of the city that tourists will want to visit, and I must stress that the hotel staff were lovely. "

"A pleasant hotel, a short walk from the U Bahn network. There is not much in terms of local ammenities but you can be in the centre of Munich within 25/30 minutes. The small bar area has seating and a TV showing live sport and a good selection of drink available."
