"The Novotel Munich Airport hotel is a modern comfortable hotel located on the MUC airport complex. We drove to the hotel which is about a 5-7 minute drive to the airport terminal/car rental return location. Parking at the hotel cost €28 a day which seemed a little excessive. You can also travel to the terminal by taxi. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer their own transfer vehicles. "I wanted to stay in a German hotel, so I chose Mövenpick Hotel München Airport in Hallbergmoos. It was rated a Four Stars hotel, but was actually Three Stars. It lacked the high end feel and amenities usually part of a Four Star stay. The Star rating is different than a Four Star Review. The front office staff was very helpful, spoke English and very accommodating. They provided an adapter since I'd forgotten mine. I had premier room, so it was spacious.
