"The check-in process was quick and easy. We had a spacious room, which I was pleased with. There was an issue with the A/C and when we contacted the front desk, someone came very quickly and addressed it. We also dined at one of the restaurants for dinner. The manager came by to introduce himself and advise us of the many offerings available at the buffet. It was a commendable selection and the quality was great"

"A lovely oasis in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed three times as we really liked it. The room on the first stay was near the pool and best avoided as it was noisy. Other rooms were quieter and great. Sone good local restaurants and bars within easy walking distance too. Definitely recommend "

"Big thanks to Gladys and the reservation/front office team despite the small hiccup on arrival you made us welcomed and our stay enjoyable.The staff/team are all a treasure to the Management. As hospitality retired owners and intense travellers , you made our stay welcoming. The f&b team also fabulous , the food and presentation faultless . Our only nip was the bed and we recommend updated the rooms to compliment the hotel. We also had one of the best massages in the spa. Well done all this...

"It was a double anniversary so we celebrated it here. Unfortunately service was extremely poor. Check in takes at least 30 minutes. We ordered food a simple Salad, Quesdiallas, chicken sandwich and rice with beef kebab and we did not get it until 2.5 hours later, and the rice was cold. On top of the that the order was wrong. We dealt with it they apologize by giving us dessert from the buffet. This is my 3rd time here and every time it's something wrong. For $225 a night They lack entertainment....
