The location is amazing: within walking distance from the cable car and beautiful hikes in the valley, a short drive to other cable cars, and only 1.25-1.5 hours away from Zermatt by car. The apartment was perfect for us and very large (we are a family of four). It is super-clean, extremely well-equipped, and is both cozy and spacious. "Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. But there were a few issues that stopped it being 5*. The shower drain was blocked and quickly filled up. You have to put your own bedding on...
