"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. "The Hilton Guam property is nested in a beautiful location in Tumon village. I've stayed here many times as a local resident and the entire staff has been excellent; however, the property is starting to look run down. My Premiere Suite windows were dirty and the entire bathroom glass area was stained with hard water deposits.
