"This was my second stay at Grand Coastal and I’ll definitely return. The staff were friendly and professional. Communicating with staff, prior to my arrival and during my stay, was excellent. Cleanliness of the facility was impressive. All staff were courteous and very helpful; Romel, Visham, David, Cheryl, Ryan, Ferguson were exceptional. The food was delicious and I gained a few pounds. "Staff helpful but need more training in the ethics of hospitality. I found the music played throughout the resort, morning and evening, extremely loud making it difficult to converse with others. Overall, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable!"
