"Our family always stayed at Vista every time we visit Korea for the past few years and enjoyed it very much. However, this time was slightly disappointing as they changed some things. They removed the check-in desk and turned the whole lobby area into a buffet restaurant. This was unpleasant as the check-in is now at Walkherhill, through some banquet rooms and small hallway. The buffet always had a lot of people lined up and congregating, and the people from banquet using were also very loud....

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"
