"Hotel isn’t far from the station, hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, they even recommended a place for udon and tonkatsu and it was simply delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t a wardrobe and there were only 2 hangers provided. But overall, it was spacious, clean, sufficiently warm, and the interior was very modern and classy :) Will choose this hotel again for sure!"

The cons is the front male office staff not good in English 😢 unable to communicate thru room phone. Also poor service: ask Hotel guest to go to front desk as he doesn't understand; other countries hotel will send the staff to the room to support guest."

"The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. " This was my second visit to the Marevo and it was nice to be back. The staff are really friendly and speak English amongst other languages which is really helpful.
