"It was not like what I saw on the website. I made reservation with two queen size beds but they gave us a single bed. Additionally, the room was very dark and poorly lit, the towels were dirty and very old. I tried to contact Expedia but when I was chatting with Expedia’s virtual assistant, the communication was cut off. I want a full refund for this terrible experience."
