"Impeccable. Top of the top. One of the most fabulous stays I've ever had. I was here solo for business and stayed five days so I had to make use of a lot of their amenities and was constantly calling on the concierge and the front desk. Every staff was so attentive and well trained, amenities were incredible, room was so spacious and beautiful, bedding was comfortable and luxurious, the lobby bar and lounge was breathtaking,,, can't say enough good things about this place. Above all, what really made the difference for me were their staffs. They were there to really help you through every request. THANK YOU! I wish I had your names. "Very comfortable stay. Hotel is in new condition as are rooms. Rooms are well appointed with washing machine and steam cabinet ( great for removing wrinkles from clothes!). Location is slightly out of touristy area and in a location surrounded my locals and their business. I loved this. There are 2 subway stations within a few minutes walk so you are connected easily with most parts of Seoul. I have already booked to stay again later in the year. "

"The hotel is located in a very convenient location for transportation, sightseeing and food. It's in cental district of Seoul. The room was clean and provided free wifi, water and slippers. Also the price was very reasonable. Staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would consider to go again after it's renovation."
