"Honestly, this is a very beautiful hotel in a good location of central Sanya. However, this is a Chinese owned and managed hotel. The service is very bad. They don't even provide any international electric convertor. When I called the operator to ask for a convertor, she replied me as "NO, we don't have it and nothing I can do about it" in Chinese.
