"Lovely room, boutique feel. Bed was huge and some great original features of the room retained and good location. Warm welcome on arrival. The downside was after booking i found that we had to check in by 530pm and there was no one on site after this time. Wouldn't put me off booking again though "

"I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. "

The Red room was very comfortable, top quality bed linen and the facilities throughout the property are sublime with every attention to detail made. The selection & quality of the produce at breakfast was outstanding - locally sourced & we would thoroughly recommend the home mage Granola with berry compote - exceptional. "We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again. "

Clean, bright, equipped with everything you could need, very secure, we have a dog, a beautiful vase of fresh flowers from their garden and a very nice welcome pack, especially the decadent chocolate cake! Across the road was an ideal open space to walk Fraser and all the nearby towns easy to get to, ie Rye, Hastings and Battle to name a few. It’s a lovely area to explore and the cottage a wonderful find, thank you"
