Most places provide a free biscuit or two but not here. Staff seemed a bit muddled at times in the bar. And on a quiet Wednesday evening we asked to sit and look at the view with a drink and were refused. So silly when we were the only people there. "

"The hotel is in a great location with great views over the Victoria Dock, and people swimming by! Very welcoming staff. One criticism is that the bathrooms are small so it's easy to bump into things. Very good buffet breakfast at tables with views over dock."
