"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Location ok for restaurants and shops but looong walk up to dot or gondola base with ski gear. Lockers tucked away in depths of the hotel. Water was barely warm enough to have a shower so that was a bad experience. But otherwise clean, comfortable enough. "

"Our room was a good size for a family of 5. The staff were excellent, but it appeared they were under staffed. Location was a bit out of the way, but niseko is small. The location was excellent for hitting a variety of mountains. The onsens was a bonus and well worth it after a days of heavy powder. "
