"This was advertised as having a kitchen. Kitchen facilities are in another building that are communal. The other option is to rent a gas burner. Everything is extra (e.g. trash, gas burner). Heater for room kept turning off. Barely enough space for 3 futons. Japanese communal bathrooms near bungalows, western style in main building. We only stayed one of the two nights booked even though we did not get a refund."

"The staff was very friendly in a not intrusive way. We felt this comes from the heart. Wonderful (if you like Japanese) food. t was a wonderful stay and we would go there again. "

"The hotel is quite close to the local attractions and despite their name in Japanese which says "National Dormitory", it is a quite pleasant Hotel for it's price to stay in."
