"We had a good time during our recent stay for a day trip to Mysore. The hotel staff is quite accommodating and the facilities are nice. Recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a quiet space in the middle of the city. "

"Coming from America, I wasn't accustomed to service with so much attention to detail. An attendant gave me a number in car anything came up, which it did, allowing me to instantly chat with the front desk when not at the hotel. Toiletries arranged each day. Dry cleaning and laundry was folded and put away when done. Every door held, bag carried, service more than just smiles. Rooms were eco friendly, bamboo toothbrush and combs. "The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. There was other issues related with inexperience or lack of attention at the front desk. "

"Music in dining area was too loud. Similar to earlier trip. They take 10-20 min to reduce the volume. The phone for external call kept silent. Difficult to contact if outside"

"The hotel was very nice, however, it's directly opposite some kind of club, and music boomed out until about 2am on both nights of my stay. I mentioned this to staff when I checked out, and they said if I'd mentioned it, they could have moved me to a different room. However, I think the booming bass could be heard for miles around, and once you have settled in to a room, it's a real hassle to pack up and move. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Very good property, but the surrounding area outside the hotel is not kept well and it makes it look like a property in a bad locality. The restaurants are good, especially the morning buffet, but I would request the breakfast chef to shake up the breakfast menu a bit, considering it is a 5 star property. There is hardly any non veg, all three days I stayed there, they had chicken sausage and poached fish and nothing more that would fulfill a non vegetarian. Ofcourse there was eggs to order on...
