Другая сотрудница ресепшена, которая на вопрос "у вас в спа выдают полотенца?" приветливо отвечает "а вы там и спросите".
Холодный малосъедобный завтрак, где всего понемногу и все уже остыло (и блин холодный, и яйцо, и глазунью, и колбаски гриль).
Бассейн в спа с неработающим гидромассажем (как сказала сотрудница спа "когда-то работали, но это много лет назад было").
Ванная комната с черным грибком в плиточных швах.
