"Overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Is just the shower water heater is out. The hotel is near to housing so is quiet and relax. Hotel provided local breakfast 'nasi lemak' which is delicious we enjoyed the breakfast at open area next to the hotel. Great stay. "

"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"Hotel situated right behind the general hospital, and hence parking space was very limited. Recommended only if you have matters at the hospital. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Ladies at the reception always had a smile on their faces. My room was believed to be unoccupied for a very long time. Bedsheets were dusty and there were mosquito larvae in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, bedsheets were changed the next day when requested. My shirt went missing after housekeeping. They were...
