"Front desk service still bad due to lack of staff. Waited long time to check in and check out, only one staff is servicing and staff cannot speak English much. The hotel mgmt prefer to do local travellers business rather than oversea. "

"The amenities were poor, not enough toilet paper, and no towel at all. We have to request everything for our stay. The safe did not work, and I was told by my colleagues that the safe in their rooms did not work either. The technician came and spent 15-20 minutes, to finally declare they could not fix it. The service staff lied. We were waiting for the shuttle bus to the 2004 Asian International Stamp Exhibition in the near by building, and the shuttle bus never came. When we called the...

"Very bad"

"Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."
