"Laroy and Leah were very helpful and got us checked in with ease and headed to our rooms. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks provided. The carrots were soft and spongy but other than that it was good. just an issue with wetness in the bedroom. My husbands shorts got wet and had to blow dry them. Our room cost was reduced at time of check out. Not seen on my credit card yet but i am sure it will be. "

"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night.
