He was very helpful and attentive to assist us as needed as was Fatima! Our plan was to utilize all 4 bedrooms, one of which was the beautiful Tea House. "Liked the Sauna and how close it was to many tram stations so you can get about easily. 5-10 minute walk from Old Town. Plenty of places to eat right by the hotel and a lidl just round the corner of u need to make any quick easy purchases. Very quiet inside and the immediate area just outside despite being so close to everything. Overall my GF and I had a brilliant time"

"Very nice hotel in an excellent location that is perfect for seeing the old town square, the main sights, close to the Charles bridge etc. Loads of shopping and dining opportunities close by. The restaurant recommended by the hotel is nice for local cuisine and well priced. Breakfast at the hotel is lovely with a wide variety, while the rooms were spacious and clean. "Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "
