"The people at the property were very nice and so so helpful! The rooms were nice! The bathroom was clean and great lighting! The happy way upon entering the floor to find your room was very dark and creepy. And I did have bugs in my room which is practical/normal when your staying close to the forest but I am not a big person so certain bugs did have me stressed in my room LOL! But overall very quiet and able to sleep and the sauna was lovely!"

"When we arrived at the property we had not eaten and it was late. The restaurant was closng at 10 pm and the vending machine wasn’t working. The area is just the resort was on its own area with no shops close by. There was only one restaurant and it had a limited menu that was the same for lunch and dinner. We didn’t think we would have a problem but we did. We wanted a taxi the following notbing but the taxi did not turn up. We decided to hire a car which was 9 miles away - get a car if you...

"Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !"

"I had a great time running in the mountains and also touring the surrounding area. The dinners were quite excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. I was there alone but would definitely bring my family back."
