"A lovely place to stay. Quiet and close to everything that I needed. Excellent choice of dining options. Efficient and friendly staff. Great room with views over the harbour. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall, I liked the hotel. Clean, modestly outfitted. High points were complimentary Nespresso coffee at the lobby, washing machine dryer inside rooms with detergent, dishwasher and kitchenette. Swimming pool, workout gym, hot spa, and sauna room. Close to light rail trains, Chinatown/Haymarket district, and Darling Harbour. Only downsides: slow elevator and lots of elevator repair going on. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs one day just to go to our rooms. TV was non-operational. Internet...

"직원들도 다들 친절했고 호텔도 멋졌지만 엘리베이터 바로 앞 방이라 그런지 밤새 쿵쿵 하는 소음이 간헐적으로 들려서 첫날밤 잠들기가 힘들었음. 그리고 두번째날 저녁 나갔다 들어오니 아침엔 멀쩡했던 샤워헤드가 고장나있었음....레인샤워기가 있어서 샤워는 가능하긴 했지만.... 그래도 위치도 너무 좋고 호텔도 멋져서 대체로 만족했고 재방문은 고려해 볼만하다고 생각. "
