"In terms of an overnight stay, this hotel was the equivalent of other Ibis hotels we have stayed at - good value for money but the service we received was far from satisfactory and well below what we would have expected from Ibis. During the evening we were phoned from Reception and asked if we would return the bottle-opener we had borrowed. Naturally I assumed this was a genuine mistake and simply said we hadn't borrowed one. The receptionist was not happy with this and insisted we had...

"You get what you pay for. Very clean and friendly reception staff. On a commercial site so plenty of shopping and food outlets. Easy to get into Castres city and cheap enough to park."

"Difficile d'évaluer car nous étions juste là que pour une nuit mais le complexe VVF à l'air bien : piscine, château gonflable, animation pour enfants mais le site est vétusté ce qui est vraiment dommage. Concernant le logement la literie à l'air neuve mais le reste du logement est à rafraîchir peinture qui se décolle, portes très dur.... "

"The father and daughter who run the hotel are great. They speak very good English ( a great thing when my French is so poor) and run a nice hotel. The food at the hotel is a major plus. I enjoyed the day I spent in Revel and this hotel."
