"Quality place to stay. Breakfast was great and we ate once in the Italian restaurant which was also very nice. For breakfast aim to get a spot on the balcony and enjoy some views of the Nile. The hotel partners with Nasco for their tours (i.e. Valley of the Kings) and they were really helpful. A little more expensive than some other operators but always felt like we were in solid hands, which wasn't the case when reading some reviews of other operators."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel in the most amazing grounds. Staff can’t do enough to help, service is outstanding. Facilities are outstanding - huge manicured gardens with tropical trees and plants, volleyball, tennis, 3 pools (importantly one is heated!), spa (extra charge, not cheap) petting zoo/farm, several boats waiting to take you across the river, taxis on demand (very cheap), travel agent in the lobby to book tours (at only a day’s notice). "The hotel is located very close to Luxor temple and a very good area indeed. The amenities and ambience is great and breakfast spread/ room were excellent. Only thing which was strange was that rooms didn’t have iron box to press clothes given the hotel amenties and they charged 5$ to have clothes pressed which was a bit farcical I felt. Overall good stay and would recommend it highly nonetheless."

"This cruise exceeded my expectations. Spacious cabins, wonderful sundeck, excellent food, smooth cruising, small capacity relative to other boats and service oriented staff made for a very enjoyable time. At first I was going to book my own guides, but opted instead to book the cruise's siteseeing package. Glad I did, Hamad our guide was outstanding and there can be delays in the cruise do to timing in the river locks which could make coordination with outside guides difficult and stressful. ...

"It was situated in a quite area along with the locals and other hotels near by. The entrance to the hotel is deceptive as inside it is very big and has a large swimming pool. The team looking after the guests were absolutely friendly and helpful. The hotel food is cheap and delicious with a good selection. I would recommend this hotel for any family stay."
