"This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. That said it is probably the best near-airport hotel we have stayed in. It has an all-day and reliable airport shuttle, modern large rooms, good 24 hour restaurant, gym and pool. "I has a lovely stay at Concha y Toro 33. The stay, for me, was only a one night/one day quick stop over in Santiago so I had limited time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful - they provided great recommendations for activities and sightseeing. When the lock on my door malfunctioned and I got locked out of my room they immediately rectified the problem! Would definitely stay again!"

"It was close to the airport for our arrival at night and we were picked up from this location. We had no way to darken our room, but it didn’t bother us. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was fine and the coffee too. We felt safe in our room."
