"Patrick the manager at Seronera was absolutely incredible. He took care of us during our entire stay and made us feel right at home. Though our time there was very short it was truly a treasured moment and looking forward to coming back with more friends and family in the future. The lodge is convenient located just a few minutes away from the airport which was perfect since we had an early flight the next day. "

"Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. "We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out. "Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. "The location of the hotel listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. Since there are no signs indicating the hotel’s direction from the road, it would have been impossible to find it on our own. Thankfully, the rangers escorted us, and we were able to locate it. The Wi-Fi is not working. That said, the staff is excellent—always kind and helpful. "This is an amazing property built in the late 60's. Very rustic and built into a rock mountain with fantastic views over the Northern Serengeti. You must appreciate rustic and that not always will you have power and hot water, it is very very remote and difficult to get to. "This was a great place to stay with amazing staff. They made us feel like family. The food is amazing, it's made with genuine love and care. They gave us a great deal on a pick up and drop off service from and to the airstrip, and a 2 day Safari excursion. Fanueli our driver/guide was on time to the air strip, and provided us with an amazing safari excursion. He was professional and very knowledgeable, he provided excellent customer service. Fanueli communicated with other driver's to ensure we got a full experience and see as many animals as possible. Paulo was very professional and made sure we were ok at all times. "

"A Dream Safari Experience in the Heart of the Serengeti Staying at Escarpment Serengeti was an absolutely surreal experience! This luxury camp immerses you right in the heart of the Serengeti, and sleeping in the beautifully appointed tents was both comfortable and luxurious. The location is unbeatable - we were even treated to the sound of a lion keeping us company for the first two nights! To top it all off, we had the incredible privilege of watching the wildebeest migration right from the lounge area on our last night followed by watching sunset with my tour guides & staff, which offers stunning views over the endless plains of the Serengeti. The staff truly made the stay special, they were incredibly helpful and attentive, making you feel like part of the family. One particularly memorable experience was when the housekeeping team arranged a special morning game drive just for me. Although it wasn’t safe to walk in the tall grass (I'd asked to go for a morning walk) they made sure I didn’t miss out on the wildlife. We encountered zebras, Thomson's gazelles, giraffes, and of course, the wildebeest migration. They even helped me capture the moment with a fun photo shoot, taking plenty of pictures and videos. It was such a thoughtful and accommodating gesture that made the experience even more unforgettable. I can’t recommend Escarpment Serengeti enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! "
