Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. "We loved the swings, play room, slides and convenience store. Did not like the app which sent us walking all the way around the property to get from one kids pool to other. Also did not like the wrist band keys or the card keys as neither of them worked to get into the rooms on multiple occasions and to get out of the parking. Pretty annoying. "Ka’anapali Villas is AMAZING. My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and were happy with the value we got. The staff went above and beyond and are super friendly. Love that there are two pools and two hot tubs, one of which is in a quieter area (good for us because we don’t have kids and wanted some quiet time in the hot tub at night).
