Room was very dusty. Looks like the table gets wiped and the floor vacuumed but a lot of dust on the heating/ air conditioner. Room on need of an update. Toilet roll holder falling off the wall. Staff were very nice and helpful, even after staying somewhere else we had to come back for a couple of toys that were lwdt behind. The staff kept them for usbuntil we could pick them up

Great stay in Preston for the budget conscious. Hotel is a little old but is being renovated, everything works well, and the staff are super helpful

I was a bit scared with fighting going on all night in the room next to me. No one to report it too. Outdated and old. Dirty old carpet and not enough exits. Windows throughout dirty. Shower mould. It has a lot of potential. Staff were nice and kind.

Booked in for 3 nights. Arrived early evening, so no reception. Settled into the room to find no tea bags. Next morning I spoke to the reception person and asked for tea bags to be put into the room. I arrived back for the 2nd night to find no tea bags and nothing done to service the room. The next morning I hung the 'please service' sign on the door. On arriving back for the 3rd night, no tea bags and no service of the room. On leaving the next morning I called into reception to complain and the receptionist said "oh we forgot to service your room". No apology and a 'no care' attitude. I will never stay there again.

I should’ve slept in the spa bath.. the king size bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy PLUS the sheets were TOO SMALL FOR THE BED: the bottom third of the bed wasn’t even covered by bedsheets! (I took photos if you need them). The little milk container in the fridge was opened already before we got there and during our stay there was a continuous banging on the doors and shouting in the corridor by other motel stayers, even ambulance visits, so who knows what was going on. Not the nice relaxing stay I was looking forward to!

Extremely poor maintenance. The TV remote was broken. The air-conditioner was extremely noisy, too noisy to sleep with the bathroom sink was broken. The lights around the kitchen area didn’t work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 nights stay at the Bell. It was easy to find, plenty of close parking, a clean, comfy, well-equipped, warm and spacious room. My only suggestion would be a nice 2-seater lounge to make staying in the room that much more enticing.
