"Wonderful staff, especially the housekeepers and the front desk folks. Only stayed one night but will keep this one in my list of places to stay in the Nashville area. Had a problem with the door on first room and the housekeepers did their best to resolve it but it was a broken handle. Front desk upgraded me to a really super room. All in all, everyone at this Hampton Inn treats the guests like they're in a top tier Hilton property! "

"Attractive and well appointed property in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. Would suggest a courtyard view room if it’s availability as central courtyard is beautifully set up. Concierge staff go out of their way to accommodate every request. Samantha and her colleagues made our stay perfect. They were helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We loved the “whiskey talk” and tasting. And thank you for the complimentary valentine champagne. A great place to stay in this lovely town."
