Property is very clean and neat , accessible to all the attractions nearby. the pool is unused or not maintained well. otherwise everything is fine, would like to comeback and stay here when i travel to Dubbo.

Reception staff/owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Areas of improvement would be house keeping due to the bathroom being not properly cleaned and the aircon remote batteries leaking without a cover.

Spacious bedroom area with ample room for dining and relaxing. The only downside was the lack of a sink adjacent to the microwave, kettle and toaster requiring numerous trips to the bathroom for water and washing dishes. Otherwise an excellent unit close to town and dining options.

Modern clean room with amenities
Modern, clean and spacious room with coffee machine, fridge, microwave and air-cond in very good working conditions. Receptionists are friendly. The main street is just at the corner. The only downside is the traffic noise.
