"Check-in was a good as I arrived very late. Due to it being late February, there was snow on the ground. While the main aisle had been plowed, the individual spaces were not done well and it made for a bit of treacherous footing when getting out of the car and getting my suitcase from the back. While I didn't have breakfast, i wanted coffee. I was disappointed that there were no flavored creamers and/or syrups for coffee. After all, this is a Hyatt. The room was very spacious and clean. ...

"Close to all things downtown, food and drink in the hotel is very good. We will stay again. "

"Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh linens and trash taken out daily. I had to call down to request fresh towels on day 3. "

"This was a nice central location that had alot to do close. Easy navigation on and off highway and quiet overall. The bar was full and food was delicious. "

"Excellent experience at the Kimpton. Super nice front desk and also excellent service in both restaurants at the rooftop and also the first floor dining restaurant. This place really knows about customer service!! Took care of our every need!! Bravo guys!!"

"Property decor is a bit dated but it looks like some remodeling is going on. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again."
