"My issue was more with Expedia than the property. They assured me it was okay to pay with credit card. Repeatedly. When I arrived it was cash only. When I arrived they had no knowledge of my reservation and said they don’t work with Expedia any more and don’t know why they’re still listed. "Hotel staff did not know that i have booked the room and that I am coming .First 30 minutes they have been making sure that I have booked the room.when they found that I have booked the room,they did not have any room vacant so they gave me loft.Secondly wifi was good on the ground floor but it was not working on upper floors.There were 2 big dogs walking on the terrace and they could have been dangerous."

"I booked a regular room, but for some reason, they upgraded me to a full suite with the living room bedroom, even its own private sauna. The breakfast was very good and close to any tourist attractions."

"The Komilfo Hotel met our needs. The rooms were updated and bathroom very modern. Breakfast was included and standard fare. Most of the staff were especially polite. I do wish that we had free access to enter through the front gate and our room-we were buzzed in from the outside gate, and the front desk kept he room key.Outside cigarette smoke from staff and customers came into the lobby and lounge area. Probably would not stay again."
